SFPK Beginner’s Class - Saturday, June 13th @ 12 Noon, San Francisco
The Beginner’s Class is geared towards first timers and those just getting started. The structured class will be led by SFPK Admins, Area Reps, and various members of the community, and typically lasts 1.5-2+ hours. The emphasis will be on getting beginners started off on the right foot to begin training safely through controlled progression.
The class will cover:
- philosophy of parkour
- training and safety tips
- basic skills
- fundamental movements
- and much more!

San Jose Jam - Sunday, June 14th @ 10AM in San Jose
After last month’s SFPK Monthly Jam in San Jose the attendees couldn’t wait to go back for more, so Mattastic from SJPK is hosting another big jam for us. This will be an all-day mobile jam, so show up early and hang as long as you can!
