Hey everyone! I recently got a new camera and have been putting a lot of work into Demon Drills again. This month is about a game called Add On and last month was about Solving a Problem. Check them out and let me know what you think.

I have known about Demon's Drills almost since the beginning of my training and it has had some fantastic tips that I have incorporated into my training. (my favorite happens to be the duct tape underbars :naughty: )
I was thinking I might want to start something similiar to this having a new technique or training tip every month to share with the community and get feedback on how it works for each person individually.
If I were to start this project would anyone be willing to proofread or help me write the peice? (I am somewhat of a weak writer but feel I am a good teacher face to face so if I could work with someone who is better at that it would be great!)
And finally: Is this a good idea?

merged threads.
definitely a good idea, id suggest doing something complementary and not duplicating one of demons drills. i could definitely help proofread, but im sure theres others who can help as well (incl. Area Reps).
ill work on getting the "public" blog set up, then these could be posted there

Ah I didn't know about this thread! Thanks! I wasn't planning on copying him:tongue: that would be pointless! Cool I will get right on this. I have a few ideas for what I want to do for this month so I'll narrow it down and try to start something soon.
Oh and how long until the blogs are up?

That rail routine is awesome. You can literally get a whole body workout with just that. You know how girls have that "pole dance" workout? Well, guys can do the rail workout. haha

You could do the pole dance workout too if you wanted.
