While I love the current designs, you've got to admit that they've been around for a long time. I've already bought 3 t-shirts and a hoodie - perhaps we could think up a new design so I can throw away even more of my disposable income?
I don't have very much design talent but I know there are a lot of artistic people out there so give us some ideas.
Here's some:
"Traceurs do it on all fours"
"Traceurs do it outside"
"Traceurs do it like animals" :ugh:
"Traceurs do it with flow" :runaway:
(lol was that too much?)
ok, I'm seeing a general theme.

Just remember that there is the "official" SFPK "brand" "logo" image which is on most of the t-shirts and hoodies. Then theres cool designs that we print, with small or limited branding, such as the "Choose a Different Path" tee. I assume you're talking about another of the latter? :wink:

Good idea! I have posted one before, where it is just SFPK in capital letters, but the SF P are in blue color and P is in red color. Anyhow, I'll give it a try and do another one.
Would be cool to make your own personal t-shirt design with your forum name or your real name and put your favorite quote there or something. Y'all know what I mean?!

If we want ideas for a special run shirt, a friend of mine who is a professional graphic artist has said before that he wants to design a parkour shirt. Maybe we could do a shirt for charity?

Something like this, except instead of getting on a computer, have the guy go into QM
Similar to the above maybe, on the theme of QM, we could have 3 or 4 animals (sihouetted?) walking on all fours, like a cat and a bear and a gorilla, and on the left side of them have a baby crawling, and on the right have a traceur doing QM (and we knew he's a traceur because he wears trackpants/sweatpants and wristbands).
Dude, if your friend wanted to do a design for us I'd love to see what they could come up with. A charity run would be a great idea.

I'd love to see some new shirts also. We need them printed in white though. The dark blue and red that we have right now get way too hot on sunny days. I'm sweaty enough as it is.
I think a few good slogan shirts would be:
"DB all day" with a diagram of how to do a proper DB
A picture of a cat doing a cat leap
A picture of a gorilla doing a kong vault
Also, we should have sweatpants that say "PANTS" along the side. Or "Pants are PANTS"

Hmmm...
Good point on the colors in heat, but white stains & looks awful. I say light heather gray. Or a spectrum of light & bright colors. Greens, yellow, pink!
But really, I think we should do track jackets.

Brett, I disagree about the white. It's more comfortable (cooler temp.), and stains wash out. As long as the tee's are nice and thick I don't think it'll be a problem...

The obvious solution is this, and you will all be full of bliss
Even Chuck Norris agrees that it's all about the sleeveless tees.
This way it prevents the gross salty armpit stains and gives you more epic sauce to put on your pants!

I like the art for the buildings though.
Oooh, that just gave me another idea. Do you guys remember the arcade game Rampage? Where you play a monster that climbs up the sides of buildings and destroys them? If we could somehow incorporate parkour into that iconicity, it'd be really cool.

just have George on the side of the skyscraper monkey humping it, but a traceur jumping off the rooftop to the next skyscraper. Just have that image, and the shirt say Parkour, Salvation.
p.s. I want to get on this, but my photoshop has stopped working!!!!!!!!!!! FFF!

Rampage was one the greatest games ever back in the day man, ralph, lizzy and george, damn good stuff, but yeah maybe i went overboard with the birds but im glad you think the art of the buildings are cool, if you guys do have photoshop feel free to take that picture i posted and have fun with it

also i was completely unaware that you guys were so down with dbz, hahaha i wish there was a way to get ahold of those scanners all of freeza's goons use but i totally support the idea of orange apparel, and in regards to your pants ideas, if you still wanting to stick with a dbz theme you should have an image of shenron down one of the pant legs

Where are our graphic designers? I'm no good with digital art, but I'd really love to see some of these ideas manifest as something we can use. Let's get on it, people!

I LOVE the Rampage idea. If you're a fan of stuffwhitepeoplelike.com they you'll know that retro 80's T-shirts are really in right now. That T-shirt store on Durant and Telegraph has a whole floor dedicated to T-shirts featuring old video games and TV show themes from the 70s, 80s and early 90's.
And as far as the white staining - you know there are other colors. red, blue, yellow, green are all options.

@Four Tet Fette: The building design was pretty good, but a bit to complicated for a t-shirt, and the lamp post makes the distance hard to gauge.
I edited it a little [not so many birds :P] though I may of taken to much off. <.<

@lethalbeef: I think I understand what you want for the evolution; have the same line, but have him doing a QM at the end instead of sitting at the computer? And forgive me, but QM? I seem to of forgotten my Parkour dictionary...Whats this mean again?
And I have a tablet and photoshop CS4 and taking a photoshop class...I could try and be the graphic designer if you want. :)
I'll come up with some if I have any time. I'll try to stick with the DBZ theme. :P And come up with some female ones, we don't want to be to left out. ;D

i recently started drawing something inspired by drow's "because that's how we roll"
it started as the capital letters "SFPK" with a traceur rolling over them, kind of like a composite, when i noticed that the website and logo had "SFParkour", and I was wondering if the traceur should roll over "SFPK" or "SFParkour"
I'm just OCD like that, so humor me.

SFPK and SF Parkour are really part of our "brand" so unless you are using our official logo (the DIY image) then you shouldnt really use those terms :happysad: If anything, use SF Parkour and not SFPK.
