hey y'all, just to let anyone whos intersted know, this weekend, sat and sunday march 28 & 29, there is a rock climbing gym in my town of EL CERRITO. they are having a grand opening, which means all their services are free for both days!

so if you guys are interested in coming over, theres free indoor rock climbing!

it will be fun, rock climbing hanging out, and going to eat at 99 ranch market, full of delicious restaurants!

RSVP here plz, so i know whos comming, im avaliable both days and will go both days, so if you cant go on saturday, u have the opertunity on sunday!

yeah like i said, i will be there both saturday and sunday, since its like 4 blocks from my house hehe. i will go around noon, so how about meeting at el cerrito plaza bart station at 12?

I'm a rock climbing junkie, so I will try to make it to this, but because of my work schedule, I can't be sure when and what time. Thanks for the head's up! :biggthumpup: :fingersx:

ur crossfit class is on sunday morning rite? u can go saturday or sundsay afternoon perhaps?

u dont need special shoes :smile:

i suggest everyone who is comming to bring like 5-7$ there are great foods nearby!

i have a few ppl saying they are comming on sat and a few on sun, a few are unsure yet, its the same deal for both days, meet at el cerrito plaza bart at high noon, i will be there, call me if u have any questions!

Well, actually coaching the classes are like 1/3rd of the work right now, but I think I can squeeze it in somewhere. I'll do my best. :happysad:

just a reminder, everyone that is comming tommorow, saturday, we are meeting at el cerrito plaza bart station at noon! if u guys show up late and miss us, go stright to the gym, the address is on the site, its within a few blocks of the bart station!

Hey, Benny, that was cool. Thnx for the head's up! Bridges is a cool little rock climbing gym with a really great vibe. The bouldering is tight and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They're pretty ballsy to open so close to the touchstone gyms, too. What blew me away the most, tho, was the Acendance crew they had dancing on the rock wall. Boy, were they talented, and the girls who did the duet were beautiful! :naughty: I'll try to get them into CrossFit Marin to do a show over here when we throw up the climbing wall. :biggthumpup:
