Hmm I've tried training with headphones in and they usually fall out haha. But if I'm just messing around/training in my room I'll maybe put a CD on.

Paramore, Rise Against, and I tried Iron Maiden today and it turned out really good :) but usually just anything I want to hear again.

What do you mean about "used too much?" How can something be used too much to help an individual train? That doesn't make any sense.
Personally I like to train with other people, we joke and mock each other to keep ourselves going. Not really a music training guy.

I like adrenaline. Doing parkour gets me adrenaline. Therefore, I'm driven to do parkour by doing parkour because it gets me adrenaline. Yay.

I just decided last week I'd start using my mp3 player while i train. I'm not sure what i'll use, but something with a tempo that's sustainable. Violent Femmes? Death Cab for Cutie?

Today I did a workout to DevilDriver, and it worked wonders. If you're into metal, give it a try.

Try something that's conducive to flow work. Gotta wait for headphones before I can bring music to training...

i try to focus on the surrounding cuz you never know what might come your way but at times i like to strap on my ipod or phone to my arm and just play music to get my blood flowing, its like that motivation post, its not a matter of losing motivation, and motivation isnt only from words but actions, there is no reason a person should lose motivation its just a case of mind over matter or failure to try
