Come play/train/learn with us on Sundays The Rosa! All skill levels welcome from beginner to David Belle!

Please post if you intend to come so we know who to expect. Also, if it's just one or two of us, sometimes we wander to other locations, but if we know you're coming we'll wait for you. Thanks!

Wear clothes you can move & sweat in. Bring water and the willingness to be AWESOME!

Sundays:
Where:Meet by the SRHS parking lot off of Ridgeway Ave. Call or PM me for directions!
When: Noon until about 2-4 PM usually

This was awesome, as always, yesterday.

Had a new traceur (Kyle) show up and we did conditioning and I showed him some basics. See y'all next Sunday!

Are we meeting at 12:30 or noon? I think waiting around half an hour at SRHS might not always be what we want to do if we want to go to somewhere else. Also, I usually train thursdays at around four. If you want to join me text me in advance at (sevenzerosevenfoureightthreefivezerofivefour)

Today's training was great! Another new traceur showed up, which makes 3 new attendees for March, and I think 4 new people this year!

I hope everyone keeps practicing on their own and comes out to train in the group when they can.

No Santa Rosa session 3/22 due to the Monthly Jam in Sacramento, so go there instead!!!

Should be a good group tomorrow. A couple friends of mine are coming out, plus Adroit and hopefully the regulars as well! Also, got a text from someone new who should be there. As Victor would say:
