But the good news is you can overcome it! The difference between an obstacle and an impediment can be nuanced and subjective, but any way you look at it, mental blocks are some of the most persistent and annoying yet unavoidable aspects of your training life.
Still, mental blocks provide a great insight into our own minds and personalities, and conquering each one is as much a step down the path toward self actualization as it is getting a one-off move.
