MONTHLY JAM
The SFPK Monthly Jam is held on the third Sunday of each month at 12 pm. This is a chance for all the parkour communities of the extended Bay Area to come together, hang out, and jam in a place they don't get to all that often.

We rotate spots around Bay, going as far South as Santa Cruz and as far north as Marin (and an annual summer camping trip in the Sierra foothills).

These jams are always free and beginners are welcome!

Participants under 18 must have parental permission.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in, a good pair of running shoes, and we highly recommend bringing water.
