FREE CONDITIONING CLASSES

Members of the parkour community host good, old-fashioned strength and conditioning classes, usually using quadrapedal movements, obstacles in your environment, and bodyweight exercises.

Monday Conditioning with Eric

Eric will make you use every part of Doe library at Cal to build your strength and coordination using bodyweight exercises.

Every other Monday at 6:30pm at Doe Library, UC Berkeley
